Refund & Exchange Policy

Return Policy:

• Defective Products: If you've received a defective product and paid via cash on delivery, we will facilitate the return at your doorstep.
• Return Conditions:
  • Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • Gift cards and fabric swatches are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refund Policy:

• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after we receive your returned item at our Mouski.
• Shipping Charges: Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method, or, if applicable, as store credit.
